Delivery to Tunbridge Wells –  FREE - For your convenience we now offer delivery to our Tunbridge Wells store FREE of charge. Orders will arrive within 1-2 working days and will require proof of purchase for collection. Please ensure you fill in your telephone number when ordering to allow us to notify you of your order arrival. 

Our Henley Store opening hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9:30 - 5:30
Saturday: 9:30 - 6:00

Our Tunbridge Wells Store opening hours are:

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 5:30
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 - 6:00

UK Standard Delivery – £4.50 All our parcels are sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. You will be sent an individual tracking number for your parcel as soon as it is despatched to allow you to follow it every step of the way. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery – £9.00 Your parcel will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which guarantees delivery before 1.00 p.m.  the next day. A signature will be required upon receipt and as with our standard delivery service you will be sent your individual tracking number. Please note this service is only available Monday through to Thursday and orders must be placed before 1.00 p.m. Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed during Saturday and Sunday will be received on Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays) Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day to our friends in the Highlands and Islands.

European Union & Worldwide

European Union – £9.00* Please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery

Worldwide - £16.00* Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery

Please also note that some Countries have specific restrictions on certain products, and we ask that you check your local customs regulations before placing an order with us. Furthermore our International delivery charge does not include charges that may be made to your delivery such as import duty, additional taxes or customs fees, again we ask that you check your local legislations.
