We are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage) on unsuitable items returned in their original, unworn condition with all tickets and tags attached along with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are a small retail franchise and operate a different returns policy in our stores.
We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged or shows any signs of wear. Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons. These include Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery and Pierced Earrings.
We are happy to accept returns in person at our Tunbridge Wells store but please be aware that we will be unable to process your refund or exchange in store at this time, as your order will need to be sent back to our Online team for processing.
If you are posting your parcel back to us, please make sure you include all relevant paperwork to allow us to process your refund or exchange smoothly.
We ask that any items returned to us, be well wrapped to avoid damage in transit. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to cover you should you items get lost along the way. Please note we do not cover the postage costs of your returns parcel. Finally please allow up to 21 days for us to process your return.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please call us on 01892 535341 and we will give you a reference number to include in your return. We will where possible arrange a replacement or refund, and of course reimburse you for your return postage costs.
If you wish to change you order once it has been confirmed unfortunately we will be unable to do so. However if you wish to cancel completely please call us on 01892 535341 and providing your order has not been shipped we will arrange a refund, but it your order is in transit we will have to wait until you return it to us.
